Role Overview:
As an Operations Executive at CaterNinja, you'll be the backbone of day-to-day execution -- owning the city processes, managing city on ground teams, and ensuring smooth coordination from kitchen to client. This role requires a blend of field and in-office planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end catering operations -- from kitchen coordination to last-mile delivery
Manage and mentor a team of field captains, delivery staff, and on-site supervisors
Track daily order execution, troubleshoot real-time issues, and ensure service standards are met
Implement and improve SOPs for dispatch, setup, hygiene, and post-event feedback
Conduct field visits to monitor service quality, staff performance, and client satisfaction
Manage warehouse and procurement for inventory and equipment readiness
Coordinate with Sales, Kitchen, and Client Servicing teams for seamless planning
Monitor KPIs (delivery time, setup accuracy, complaints) and initiate process fixes
Help drive cost-efficiency and optimize resource allocation
Maintain strong relationships with vendor partners and kitchen staff
