Operations Executive

, a fast-growing pest control company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating field operations, managing technician schedules, ensuring timely service delivery, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and assign daily tasks to pest control technicians Monitor field activities to ensure service quality and adherence to protocols Maintain daily/weekly reports and records of service operations Handle customer queries and schedule appointments Track inventory of pest control supplies and request reorders as needed Assist in training and supervising field staff Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards Provide support in billing, documentation, and client follow-ups

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred) 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or service coordination (pest control/field services experience is a plus) Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Familiarity with the Girinagar area and nearby locations is an advantage
