Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive Intern to support daily business operations, coordination, documentation, and process management. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build strong operational, analytical, and communication skills while working in a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Coordination
Assist in managing day-to-day operations.
Coordinate between departments including HR, sales, and administration.
Track ongoing tasks, project activities, and deadlines.
Support smooth execution of internal processes.
2. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain operational documents, spreadsheets, and trackers.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
Update CRM/ATS or internal management systems.
3. Client & Candidate Support
Communicate with clients/candidates to collect required information.
Maintain proper follow-up and ensure timely updates.
Handle WhatsApp, email, and calls professionally.
4. Process Improvement
Identify gaps in workflow and suggest improvements.
Support new operational initiatives and training programs.
5. Administrative Support
Schedule meetings, interviews, and internal calls.
Manage Google Sheets, CRM, drive files, and dashboards.

Strong communication (English mandatory)
Good coordination and organizational skills
Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Basic understanding of corporate operations
