Job Title: Executive/ Sr. Executive- Operations (Insurance)

Role Overview:

The Executive/ Sr. Executive - Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day insurance operations,
ensuring seamless policy issuance, endorsements, claims processing, customer service, and coordination with
underwriters and third-party service providers. The candidate should have a strong understanding of insurance
operations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end policy administration: issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations. Coordinate with internal departments like underwriting, claims, finance, and compliance. Co-ordination with different insurance SPOC's for servicing Monitor and improve process efficiency and turnaround time (TAT) for operations. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (IRDAI) and company policies. Handle escalated customer queries or operational issues and provide timely resolution. Generate and analyze MIS reports to track operational performance and identify gaps. Train, mentor, and support junior team members in process execution. Liaise with third-party administrators (TPAs), agents, and brokers for policy-related processes. Participate in audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.


Required Skills & Competencies:Good knowledge of insurance products (Life/Health/General). Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on experience with various insurance company portals. Working knowledge of Excel, MIS reporting, and operational metrics. Understanding of regulatory norms related to insurance operations. Attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes with accuracy.


Qualifications & Experience:Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline . Insurance certification (e.g., Licentiate/Associate from III) is a plus. * Experience: 1-5 years in insurance operations (life/motor/health insurance).
