Operation Executive - Insurance

to manage and support day-to-day operations. The candidate will play a key role in handling policy processing, documentation, and client support to ensure smooth workflow in the insurance division.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process insurance applications, renewals, and claims. Maintain accurate records of policies, endorsements, and related documents. Coordinate with insurance providers, clients, and internal teams for policy updates. Assist in premium calculations, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Provide support in preparing MIS reports and operational data. Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in insurance operations, claims, or policy administration. Strong knowledge of insurance processes and documentation. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
