The Insurance Backend Operations is responsible for supporting and enhancing the operational efficiency of insurance processes. This role involves managing policy data, policy documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Policy Management:

Providing Quotation

Policy issuance on different insurance companies portal

Review, update, and manage policy data in internal systems.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of policy information.

Process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in a timely manner.

Data Entry and Management:

Enter and maintain accurate records of customer information and transactions.

Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity.

Generate regular reports and summaries for management review.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of operational procedures and processes.

Customer Service Support:

Provide backend support to customer service teams by resolving queries related to policies Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Pay: ?142,535.58 - ?300,000.00 per year
