Key Responsibilities



Client Handling & Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Manage onboarding, ongoing communication, updates, and issue resolution. Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on trust and transparency.

Operational Process Management

Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and increase operational efficiency. Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

Tool & Platform Utilization

Use

Google Workspace

,

Shopify

, and other SaaS tools to manage operations, track tasks, and ensure deliverables.

AI & Automation Support

Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to optimize backend systems and reporting.

Customer Support & Problem Solving

Address client inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally. Take proactive steps to prevent future client-side bottlenecks.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of all operational activities, client communications, and project milestones.

Performance Optimization


Identify areas of improvement and propose strategies to boost team productivity and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
