Mycleaners is a leading professional cleaning and laundry service provider, dedicated to delivering high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive Operations Executive who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and franchise partners to maintain efficiency. Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively. Monitor and ensure adherence to company standards, processes, and quality checks. Assist in workforce planning, staff scheduling, and performance management. Track, analyze, and report operational data for process improvements. Support management in implementing new policies, SOPs, and automation tools. Ensure compliance with company guidelines and health & safety standards.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and basic operational software/ERP tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
