The Operations Executive will act as the bridge between the company and franchise partners. The role focuses on ensuring smooth onboarding, training, compliance with brand standards, and ongoing operational support to drive franchise success.
Key Responsibilities:
Support franchise partners during pre-launch setup (documentation, machine procurement, branding, and store readiness).
Train franchise staff on SOPs, service quality, and technology platforms (CRM, app, billing, etc.).
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.
Track franchise KPIs (revenue, orders, customer satisfaction, etc.) and share performance reports.
Provide first-line support for operational queries and resolve partner escalations.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, supply chain) to deliver consistent support.
Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and local marketing activities.
Identify operational gaps in franchise units and suggest improvements.
Maintain updated documentation, checklists, and reports for each franchise unit.
Ensure franchise partners follow cost control and inventory management guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in operations, franchise management, or service industry.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and basic business software tools.
Ability to travel for audits, training, and franchise support visits.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred:
Experience in franchise-based businesses (F&B, retail, laundry, or service sector).
Knowledge of CRM/ERP tools and on-ground activation processes.
