Required Skills:



Should have an individual approach to hire the fleet of technicians and delivery agents. Should be flexible with working on the field at least 10-15 days a month. Come up with new initiatives to match the demand supply ratio of the given month. Should be able to call upto 100 candidates per day as per the lead data from online portals. Good communication skills to interview the candidates. Should be able to source the candidates from the field and be confident about explaining the fleet benefits to them during interviews. Should maintain 80% of Training to onboarding ratio. Should clearly analyse the budget allocated and plan the hirings accordingly.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?345,000.00 per year
