About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Operations Executive

to join our team on-site and support our daily functions -- from logistics and deliveries to vendor management and coordination. This role is crucial to the smooth functioning of our backend operations and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

daily operational tasks

across inventory, packing, deliveries, and dispatch Handle

logistics coordination

with delivery partners and vendors Assist in

vendor onboarding

and manage ongoing communication Maintain and update

Excel trackers

for stock, orders, production, and expenses Support in

order processing

, packaging, and timely delivery management Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and timelines Be the point of contact for workshops, craftsmen, and warehouse teams Manage

basic procurement

of materials when required

Skills & Qualities We're Looking For:

Highly

organized

, punctual, and reliable Proficient in

Excel and Google Sheets

Good communication and people skills

Takes initiative

and works independently when required Alert, sharp, and

solution-oriented

Willing to

get hands-on

, assist wherever needed Prior experience in operations/logistics/e-comm preferred
