We are looking for an Operations Executive with mechanical expertise to enhance our operations in heavy construction equipment rental. The ideal candidate will ensure the effective management of equipment, optimize operational processes, and support overall service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations related to the rental and maintenance of heavy construction equipment.

- Collaborate with the technical team to oversee the inspection, maintenance, and repair of machinery.

- Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

- Coordinate logistics for equipment delivery and pickup, ensuring timely and safe transportation.

- Monitor equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety regulations.

- Prepare operational reports, highlighting performance metrics and areas for enhancement.

- Liaise with clients to address their equipment needs and provide technical support as required.

- Assist in training and supervising staff on equipment handling and safety protocols.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in heavy machinery or construction.

- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of heavy construction equipment.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in inventory management and operational software.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
