Staff Management*: Recruit, train, supervise, and support administrative and clinical staff; manage scheduling and performance.
Financial Oversight*: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement strategies for financial health.
Policy & Compliance*: Develop, implement, and enforce hospital policies, procedures, and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., JCI, NABH).
Quality Improvement*: Lead initiatives to enhance patient care, safety, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Resource Management*: Optimize allocation of staff, equipment, and supplies; oversee inventory.
Interdepartmental Coordination*: Facilitate communication and resolve issues between clinical and non-clinical departments.
Strategic Planning*: Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term goals, growth, and new service implementation.
