Platform Coordination
: Manage the scheduling and coordination of video-chat mentorship sessions between rural doctors and medical specialists, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Data Management
: Maintain accurate records of mentorship sessions, user feedback, and operational metrics using CRM tools and internal systems.
Quality Assurance
: Ensure mentorship sessions meet quality standards by collecting feedback and collaborating with the quality team to address issues.
Collaboration
: Work closely with the technology, marketing, and clinical teams to align operations with company goals and user needs.
Reporting
