Stakeholder Communication

: Act as the primary point of contact for rural doctors and specialists, addressing queries, providing technical assistance, and ensuring a smooth user experience .

Onboarding Support

: Assist in onboarding new rural doctors and specialists, providing training on platform usage and best practices.

Operational Efficiency

: Monitor and optimize operational workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements to enhance platform performance.

Platform Coordination

: Manage the scheduling and coordination of video-chat mentorship sessions between rural doctors and medical specialists, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Data Management

: Maintain accurate records of mentorship sessions, user feedback, and operational metrics using CRM tools and internal systems.

Quality Assurance

: Ensure mentorship sessions meet quality standards by collecting feedback and collaborating with the quality team to address issues.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the technology, marketing, and clinical teams to align operations with company goals and user needs.

Reporting

: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, user engagement, and key metrics for management review.
