JOB DESCRPTION:
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the hospital, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care.
Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support staff to optimize workflows.
Address patient complaints and grievances efficiently.
Ensure proper management of hospital supplies, medical equipment, and inventory.
Staff Coordination & Training. Support the HR team in employee engagement and performance management.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning for operational expenses.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote healthcare services.
Organize community outreach programs, health camps, and patient engagement initiatives.
Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance hospital services.
Implement patient retention and loyalty programs.
Knowledge of hospital/clinic operations and regulatory requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
