We are looking for a dedicated and proactive

Operation Executive

to join our hospital operations team. The ideal candidate should have at least

1 year of experience

in hospital operations and be passionate about ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of hospital services.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments. Assist in planning and implementing operational processes and policies. Monitor and ensure adherence to hospital quality standards. Handle patient flow, staff coordination, and resolve operational issues promptly. Support management in preparing reports and maintaining operational data. Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and other support services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Any Degree / MBA (preferred). Minimum 1 year experience in hospital operations is

mandatory

. Good communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.

Salary:

?15,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience and qualification).
