About the Role

We are searching for a driven
Operations Executive
to support and manage daily operations, liaise with stakeholders, and drive process excellence. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and ready to join immediately in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

1.
Operational Management
Manage and oversee daily operations across assigned projects.
Ensure that all tasks and deliverables are executed accurately and on schedule.
2.
Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as the single point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and customers.
Facilitate clear communication and seamless workflows across all stakeholders.
3.
Escalation Handling
Proactively identify operational issues or bottlenecks.
Escalate when necessary, track and resolve issues to uphold service quality and customer satisfaction.
4.
Team Management
Support and monitor team members/vendors involved in operations.
Guide, motivate, and ensure accountability to meet or exceed targets.
5.
Process Tracking Reporting
Maintain accurate records, logs, dashboards, and trackers of operational metrics.
Prepare and share daily and weekly reports using Google Sheets / Excel.
6.
Process Improvement
Spot gaps or inefficiencies in current processes.
Recommend, design, and help implement improvements to boost efficiency and deliver a better experience for customers.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
1-3 years experience in operations, coordination, or project execution roles.
Strong proficiency in
Google Sheets / Excel
for tracking and reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
Skilled in troubleshooting and escalation resolution with a solution-oriented mindset.
Self-driven, organized, and able to perform well in a
remote, fast-paced environment
.
Immediate joiner preferred.
