Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development (B2B & B2C)



Achieve and exceed

sales targets

for domestic and international tour packages Handle the complete

sales cycle

from lead generation to final booking Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and

client conversion

Build and maintain strong relationships with

B2B partners

and

B2C clients


2. Itinerary Planning & Travel Consultation



Design, customize, and present

detailed travel itineraries

based on client requirements, budgets, and preferences Demonstrate strong knowledge of

domestic and international destinations

Provide professional

travel consultation

and destination guidance Suggest suitable travel products, packages, and experiences

3. Back Office Operations & Documentation



Handle

flight, hotel, transport, and activity bookings

Manage

Visa processing

, travel insurance, and ticketing Maintain accurate records of

bookings, payments, and client documentation

Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth travel operations

Skills & Competencies Required:



Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

Proven experience in

B2B and B2C sales

within the travel industry Strong expertise in

itinerary planning

(mandatory skill) Sales-driven mindset with the ability to close deals Good organizational and

back-office coordination

skills Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
