Handle daily logistics and operational tasks.
Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and warehouse teams for dispatch & delivery.
Maintain operational documents like LR, POD, invoices, challans, etc.
Track shipments and update status in system/Excel.
Resolve delivery issues, delays, or customer queries.
Maintain records of inward/outward goods.
Assist in billing, MIS reporting, and basic operational paperwork.
Ensure proper communication between branches, clients, and operations team.
Follow company SOPs and support overall operational efficiency.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in logistics/transport/operations (preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & documentation.
Good communication & coordination skills.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
Attention to detail and responsibility for daily tasks.
