Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter sales orders in the system and maintain accurate order overviews.

- Update and monitor the pending details list in the order group.

- Coordinate with the sales team regarding orders that are not feasible and provide timely feedback.

- Source and arrange vehicles from both market vendors and the in-house transport department.

- Prepare LR (Lorry Receipt) copies for shipments and ensure documentation accuracy.

- Collect and share container photos/videos from transporters/drivers with shippers and customers.

- Maintain proper records of E-way bills, including extensions and compliance requirements.

- Ensure timely gate-in of vehicles for planned vessel schedules.

- Troubleshoot operational issues with shippers and transporters to ensure smooth loadings.

- Monitor vehicle movement to ensure timely arrival at loading ports; escalate and report delays to concerned parties.

- Remain available on calls and WhatsApp after working hours for urgent operational support.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

- Problem-solving ability in logistics/transportation operations.

- Attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.

- Ability to work under time-sensitive situations and handle multiple tasks.

- Flexibility and availability for after-hours communication when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
