The Operations Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations of showroom management, client coordination, logistics, and customer service. The role involves ensuring smooth departmental functioning, timely deliveries, and excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee showroom upkeep and presentation. Coordinate with clients and assist in purchasing decisions. Ensure timely, error-free product deliveries. Supervise customer service and resolve queries efficiently. Develop operational policies and track KPIs for performance improvement. Manage departmental budgets and team performance. Collaborate with sales and marketing to meet customer and business goals. Hire, train, and lead the operations team. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills; ability to work under pressure.
