Key Responsibilities:
Office / Administrative Tasks:
Handle routine office administration work such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Maintain records, data entry, and update company databases as required.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and petty cash.
Support HR and Accounts departments in basic clerical or documentation work.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining daily logs.
Field / Outside Work:
Visit clients, vendors, or government offices for submissions, collections and follow-ups.
Coordinate deliveries, dispatches, and local operational errands.
Support team members in on-ground operational activities when required.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
Two-wheeler license (preferred, if fieldwork is required).
Education:
Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc / BCA or equivalent).
Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.
