Job Responsibilities:
Process online orders and ensure timely dispatch
Coordinate with warehouse, delivery partners, and vendors
Handle order tracking, returns, and cancellations
Maintain inventory updates on e-commerce platforms
Ensure product listings are accurate and up to date
Resolve basic customer and operational issues
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports
Requirements:
Experience in jewellery industry operations
Basic knowledge of Artificial jewellery processes
Good coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP preferred)
