Role Overview
We are looking for a
highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Excel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, handling client queries, maintaining MIS reports, and supporting key business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Excel & Reporting
Create, manage, and analyze data using advanced Excel functions.
Generate regular reports and maintain data accuracy.
Email & Communication
Draft and respond to professional emails efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients through clear communication.
Customer Query Handling
Address and resolve customer queries promptly.
Work closely with teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
MIS & Operations Management
Maintain accurate MIS reports and operational data.
Identify areas of process improvement and implement solutions.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain proper documentation for all operational processes.
Ensure adherence to company policies and data integrity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
(Advanced Level).
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Experience with
CRM tools
is an added advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Experience Required
1-2 years
of relevant experience as an
Operations Executive
or in a similar role.
