Job Description

Production Planning and Execution:

Creating and managing production schedules, ensuring efficient workflow, and coordinating resources to meet production targets.

Resource Management:

Optimizing the use of materials, equipment, and personnel to minimize waste and maximize productivity.

Quality Control:

Implementing and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process, ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations.

Inventory Management:

Managing inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand while minimizing storage costs.

Supply Chain Management:

Coordinating with suppliers, managing procurement processes, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Team Leadership:

Supervising and motivating operational staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and reporting on operational performance to senior management.

Process Improvement:

Identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions to optimize workflows and enhance overall operational performance.

Budget Management:

Contributing to the development and management of operational budgets.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Staying Updated:

Keeping abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to recommend and implement innovative manufacturing practices.
