Responsibilities:
Offline Outreach:
? Research and compile data of colleges, schools,and corporate hubs.
? Maintain outreach records, contact info, event calendars, and past activity logs.
? Coordinate with on-ground teams to update response and conversion data.
General:
? Create dashboards, trackers, and reporting formats for internal use.
? Ensure all data is structured, searchable, and regularly backed up.
? Identify and suggest tools or platforms to improve data efficiency.
Requirements:
? Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (filters, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
? Internet research skills to source data efficiently.
? Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
? Good communication skills - written & verbal.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
? Familiarity with tools like Heepsy, HypeAuditor, or Instagram analytics.
? Experience in CRM tools or project management platforms (Airtable, Notion, etc.).
? Exposure to advertising/marketing agency workflows.
