Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to oversee our daily operations, handle communication channels, coordinate with vendors, and manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate should be highly dependable, resourceful, and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and general communication.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely deliveries and smooth collaboration.
Handle scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation related to daily operations.
Manage company social media accounts: create posts, respond to messages, and engage with the audience.
Take initiative in streamlining processes and solving operational issues.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office / Google Workspace).
Prior experience in operations, administration, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
