3-5 years in Skill Development / Education / Training Programs
Key Responsibilities:
Program Execution & Monitoring
Ensure smooth implementation of skill development programs as per project guidelines.
Monitor day-to-day operations, training activities, and mobilization progress.
Team Handling
Supervise, guide, and support field staff, trainers, and coordinators to achieve program targets.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Communication & Coordination
Maintain effective communication with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.
Prepare and share periodic reports, updates, and presentations on program progress.
Field Work & Visits
Conduct field visits to centers, training locations, and employer sites to ensure quality delivery.
Monitor mobilization drives, on-the-job training, and placement activities.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to project requirements, documentation, and reporting standards.
Support audits and inspections by maintaining proper records.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
