Overview:
Responsible for learning the company's business operations and developing the skills necessary to assume a management position. The role involves working closely with senior managers to gain practical experience in various departments such as operations, human resources, marketing, finance, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day management activities and operational functions across departments.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to understand company policies, strategies, and business goals.
Support the management team in project planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Conduct research and data analysis to identify process improvements and business opportunities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management review.
Learn and apply leadership skills by supervising small teams or short-term projects.
Contribute innovative ideas to improve organizational performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
High adaptability and willingness to learn.
Time management and multitasking proficiency.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and business tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Internship or prior experience in management, operations, or HR is an advantage.
Eagerness to pursue a long-term career in leadership and organizational development.
