We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations Executive
to manage day-to-day e-commerce order processing, dispatch, return shipments, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum understanding of marketplace orders and RTO (Return to Origin) shipments and be able to coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Check, review, and respond to daily emails and sync processes.
Manage
morning, afternoon, and evening order processing
.
Check and update
inward & outward scan reports
(Google Sheets).
Work on
dispatch mails and receiving copies
.
Perform
cancellation entries
in outward reports.
Cross-check
inward scan reports with MIS data
.
Ensure
final outward scan reports
are accurate and updated.
File outward manifest documents and RTO copies (daily/weekly backlog clearance).
Cross-check
15 days inward entries (Meesho & Website)
with scanning and RTO manifests.
Coordinate and follow up with the
RTO team
to complete daily tasks.
Verify daily
return scanning against RTO manifests
.
Maintain systematic filing and documentation of all dispatch and return-related records.
Requirements:
Minimum knowledge of
Marketplace Orders
&
RTO Shipments
.
Basic proficiency in
MS Excel / Google Sheets
.
Strong attention to detail and ability to cross-check reports accurately.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Prior experience in
logistics, e-commerce operations, or dispatch handling
will be an advantage.
Should be comfortable with routine documentation and report management.
