Job Summary: We re looking for a hands-on, sharp, and digitally fluent team member who can drive dashboards, inventory, and e-commerce backend operations for our growing brands Stratum Rugs and Ishvya.
This is not a pure tech or MIS role. This is a strategic + operational role at the intersection of online commerce, inventory intelligence, and backend coordination.
You ll be expected to: - Own dashboarding, insights, and real-time data monitoring
- Manage Shopify or e-commerce platforms (products, plugins, inventory sync)
- Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and tech partners
- Present insights clearly to help us grow intelligently
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Dashboarding & Insights
- Build and manage performance dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI - Track sales, inventory, vendor orders, and product performance - Use dashboards to highlight red flags, delays, or restock needs - Suggest clear next actions in reviews with the team
2.
Inventory & Product Flow
- Monitor online inventory levels and movement - Sync inventory across website, POS, and incoming consignments - Flag stockouts, overstock, and fast/slow moving products - Coordinate with vendors and logistics for timely fulfillment
3.
Website Backend Management (Shopify)
- Upload, update, and remove products from our website - Ensure inventory and product details stay in sync - Manage Shopify plugins, app integrations, and backend workflows - Coordinate with developers/designers when needed
4.
Digital Operations & Team Support -
Liaise with sales, logistics, export ops, and e-commerce teams - Ensure real-time clarity on order status, returns, customer queries - Track campaign performance, top sellers, user trends, and drop-offs - Present weekly insights in internal meetings
