Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

Director - Projects

, located in Ghaziabad. The Director - Projects will be responsible for overseeing and managing all project-related activities within the organization. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closing of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Director will collaborate with various departments, manage project teams, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. They will also be responsible for risk management and maintaining project documentation.

Qualification

Experience: Minimum 25+ years in construction coordination, planning, contractors & client management, billing, and profit center operations

Qualifications: BE Civil

Relevant Qualifications

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced certifications in project management are a plus.

Reporting To: Managing Director
