Job Title - Operation / Data Operator

Location - P.N. 71, Savitri Kunj, Shree Ram Nagar B, Benar Road, Shyam Nagar Vistar, Jhotwara, Jaipur-302012.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and verify data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity at all times. Generate basic reports and summaries for management and operational teams. Assist in preparing and organizing operational documents and files. Coordinate with departments to collect, check, and update required information. Support day-to-day office operations such as record keeping, document filing, and follow-up tasks. Identify errors or discrepancies in data and take corrective actions as needed. Maintain confidentiality of company and client information. Support the operations manager and team in executing daily and weekly tasks. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and data handling procedures.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Excel, Word, and database systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement. Basic understanding of office operations, documentation, and reporting.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
