Key Responsibilities:
Manage
statewide operations and sales activities
across Karnataka.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
government officials, politicians, and local authorities
to support business initiatives.
Drive business growth through
new client acquisition, sales strategies, and revenue generation
.
Ensure smooth execution of projects, service delivery, and after-sales support.
Handle
end-to-end operations,
including vendor coordination, compliance, and team management.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Represent the company in government meetings, industry events, and official forums.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, targets, and operational progress.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline, and ethical conduct in all interactions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA in
Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, B Tech Or related field
.
2-5 years of proven experience
in sales and operations management, preferably in government projects or the corporate sector.
Strong
presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
.
Must be
fluent in Kannada and English
(both speaking & writing).
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, particularly with
government bodies
.
Proven leadership and team-handling skills.
Willingness to
travel extensively within Karnataka
.
