Acute Endeavors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operation cum Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day digital marketing operations and support the execution of various marketing projects. The ideal candidate should be organized, have a basic understanding of digital marketing, and be able to coordinate tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor daily digital marketing operational activities. Assist in planning, executing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns across platforms. Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure digital project timelines are met. Prepare project documentation, campaign reports, and regular performance updates. Maintain digital data, campaign logs, and project records accurately. Support the digital marketing team in administrative and operational tasks. Coordinate with designers, content writers, and performance marketing teams for timely deliverables. Identify campaign or operational issues and escalate to appropriate teams for quick resolution. Monitor project progress, content calendars, and campaign performance metrics.Ensure smooth workflow between marketing, creative, and technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or digital marketing/project coordination.
Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO concepts, Social Media, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
