Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day
clinic operations
to ensure efficiency and service quality.
Handle
CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
activities, including managing client databases and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Monitor and maintain coordination between the clinic staff and management.
Support sales and marketing activities to achieve branch targets.
Ensure client satisfaction through proper handling of inquiries, feedback, and after-service communication.
Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and inventory tracking.
Work closely with the HR and management team to improve clinic performance.
Implement company policies and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in
operations, CRM, wellness, skincare, or sales industry
.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and operational management.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple branches efficiently.
Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
