Operations Coordinator
to support and streamline our daily business functions and ensure efficient interdepartmental coordination.
Job Summary:
The
Operations Coordinator
will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting internal communication across departments, coordinating project timelines, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities within the company
Serve as a communication bridge between departments (HR, Development, Admin, etc.)
Monitor project timelines and assist in ensuring deliverables are met on schedule
Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation
Assist in resource allocation, scheduling, and internal planning
Support client communications and follow-ups when required
Maintain records, organize files, and ensure data accuracy
Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements
Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
6 months to 1 year of experience in an operations or coordination role (preferably in the IT industry)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic understanding of IT business and operational workflows
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
