We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Operations Coordinator
to oversee and streamline operational activities, while also managing our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, excellent coordination skills, and experience in both operations and basic digital marketing/social media handling. This role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment and ensuring timely execution of projects across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business processes.
Project Coordination:
Track and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Facilitate communication between teams and external partners to meet deadlines.
Social Media Handling:
1.
Manage the company's social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
2.
Plan and schedule posts, engage with the audience, and monitor social media metrics.
3.
Coordinate with the marketing/design team for content creation.
4.
Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions to optimize operations.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of operational activities, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
Client Communication:
Communicate with clients to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolve any operational issues.
Inventory & Resource Management:
Monitor inventory and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization.
Compliance & Quality Control:
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, minutes taking, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in operations coordination, project management, or administrative support.
Experience managing social media platforms and basic knowledge of social media best practices.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
