Job Title: Operations Executive

About the Role:

We're hiring a proactive Operations Coordinator to manage and streamline training operations. You'll be the key link between trainers, students, and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of batches, schedules, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate training schedules and batch management

Communicate with trainers and students for smooth session delivery

Track attendance, feedback, and training progress

Support internal teams with backend coordination and reporting

Resolve scheduling issues and maintain training trackers

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Freshers welcome; experience in coordination is a plus
