Job Description

:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support cross-functional coordination among departments including Service Coordinators, Accounts, Marketing, Sales, Admin, and HR. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enhancing communication, streamlining processes, and ensuring timely execution of departmental deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless execution. Team Handling and making coordination

Serve as a liaison between departments such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Accounts, and Administration to streamline internal processes.

Track project progress, update timelines, and communicate status to relevant stakeholders.

Assist with reporting, data entry, and document management to support operational efficiency.

Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Help manage vendor relationships.

Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.

Monitor and report key performance metrics across departments.

Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

Qualifications Requirements:

Masters's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience (2-3 years) in operations, coordination, or administrative roles. Hands on Experience on computer tools and software Experience on AI tools Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask

Pay: ?34,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
