Job Overview:
The Office Manager - Operations & Coordination ensures smooth functioning of all departments by managing communication, documentation, performance tracking, and cross-team coordination.
This role acts as a
bridge between management and teams
, ensuring efficiency, clarity, and timely delivery of tasks.
Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Accounts, Admin, and HR teams.
Ensure all teams are aligned with deadlines and daily deliverables.
Follow up on pending tasks and escalate when required.
Maintain weekly/monthly coordination trackers.
B. Documentation & Reporting
Record and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MOM).
Track follow-up actions and ensure closure within timelines.
Prepare weekly performance dashboards for management review.
Maintain documentation related to operations, communication, and decisions.
C. Performance Management Support
Track KRAs/KPIs for each department.
Collect and compile performance data.
Follow up on performance improvement plans.
Support managers in reviewing deliverables and timelines.
D. Office & Operations Support
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all departments.
Support management in planning, scheduling, and coordination.
Help in system/process implementation (SOPs, checklists, trackers).
Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
E. Bridge Between Management & Teams
Facilitate communication to avoid gaps or misunderstandings.
Communicate management expectations clearly to teams.
Bring team concerns, delays, and challenges to management proactively.

Strong in MS Excel & Google Sheets
