Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Female Operation Coordinator to support and streamline our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving productivity, efficiency, and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor and manage day-to-day operational processes. Maintain operational documentation, reports, and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Requirements:



MBA ,BBA, Operations Management, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in an operations or administrative role and fresher's can also apply. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication Skills , Interpersonal Skills ,and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Locations :

Bangalore, Delhi and Patna

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Master's (Preferred)
