Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Holidays Operations Consultant who can independently handle multiple international destinations as well as Indian domestic locations. The candidate should have strong expertise in holiday package designing, itinerary preparation, costing, supplier coordination, and client handling for both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and prepare customized holiday packages for domestic and international destinations.

Handle itineraries for multiple countries and popular Indian domestic travel routes.

Manage end-to-end holiday operations including booking, confirmation, documentation, and coordination.

Communicate and negotiate with Hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and suppliers to ensure best rates and services.

Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals for FITs and Groups.

Manage client queries, provide destination insights, and assist in converting inquiries into sales.

Ensure timely response, smooth execution, and high customer satisfaction across all travel bookings.

Maintain updated knowledge on global travel trends, visa requirements, and destination-specific policies.

Handle operational issues, amendments, or emergencies during client travel.

equired Skills & Experience

Minimum 3-5 years experience in Holiday Operations (Domestic + International).

Strong knowledge of multiple countries' travel routes, itineraries, attractions, and pricing.

Hands-on experience with major domestic destinations (e.g., Kerala, Goa, Rajasthan, Himachal, Northeast, etc.).

Excellent itinerary planning, costing, and packaging skills.

Strong supplier/vendor management and negotiation skills.

Good communication skills and ability to handle clients professionally.

Knowledge of travel software, CRM tools, and MS Office.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality.

Destination Specialist Certifications or IATA qualification (preferred).

Experience handling both FIT and Group travel operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
