Job Description

Purpose of function:

In this position, you will assist in all operational hub activities on ships worldwide covered by our global contracts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Attend daily email flow in the assigned client folder
Daily Verification, vessel call updates, cargo docs uploading
Sending Policing reports to respective parties
Client Policing of assigned clients
Attend weekly meeting to discuss issues happened in the week
Coordinating With various clients like Ship Owners, Charterers, Ship Managers
Coordinating with Various agents to follow up on vessel movement
Coordinating with agents for negotiation on PDA and various operational activity
Internal Reporting
Provide suggestions to improve the process.
Internal contacts:

IT, financial departments, S5 global finance hub, S5 regional hubs, client managers, S5 management
External contacts:

Customers, ship management, charterer's agents
Education level / needed knowledge and experience:

Have a college degree, and a shipping-related training is a plus;
Job experience, in shipping or business process outsourcing environment is an advantage;
Have good communicative skills and a good knowledge of English, both speaking and written;
Affinity with IT systems;
Have no nine-to-five mentality;
Ability to work with international contacts and have a global perspective

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
