Role Overview



The

Operations Associate

plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day business operations within the organization. This role supports backend processes, enables efficient service delivery, and ensures seamless coordination between internal teams, students, and educators. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Operations & Process Management



Oversee and manage daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth functioning. Support student and teacher onboarding processes, course scheduling, and live class operations. Maintain accurate data and records in CRM and LMS platforms. Coordinate with technical and support teams to troubleshoot operational issues promptly.

2. Data Management & Reporting



Generate, analyze, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student engagement, course completion, and service efficiency. Assist in developing dashboards and data tracking systems for business intelligence.

3. Cross-functional Coordination



Collaborate with sales, product, content, and customer success teams to ensure smooth information flow and service delivery. Liaise with faculty and educators to facilitate resource distribution and operational support. Support event scheduling, examination coordination, and other institutional processes.

4. Process Optimization



Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and recommend process improvements. Assist in documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implementing automation tools. Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and policies.

5. Customer Experience Support



Work closely with the customer success team to address and resolve escalated operational concerns. Ensure a seamless experience for students, parents, and educators through timely operational support.

Required Skills & Competencies



Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and email communication.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to interpret data, track performance, and prepare structured reports.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication in English and local languages.

Organizational Skills:

Excellent multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.

Interpersonal Skills:

Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications



1-3 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably within the EdTech or technology sector. Familiarity with CRM or LMS tools is an added advantage. Passion for education and technology-driven learning solutions.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
