Role Overview:
We are looking for a
responsible and proactive Operations Associate
to manage quality assurance of materials and optimize inventory. The ideal candidate will ensure materials meet quality standards, maintain accurate inventory records, and support smooth operational workflows. A personal vehicle is required for transporting materials and site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality checks of incoming materials and ensure compliance with company standards.
Identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations and report them promptly.
Maintain accurate inventory records and optimize stock levels to minimize wastage and overstocking.
Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and logistics to ensure timely material availability.
Support operational workflows by transporting materials as needed using personal vehicle.
Ensure safe handling, storage, and documentation of all materials.
Report issues or process gaps to management and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in operations, inventory management, or quality assurance.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
Must have a personal vehicle for material transportation.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of inventory management tools/software is a plus.
