We're looking for an Operations Associate to support daily business functions and ensure smooth backend processes, efficient service delivery, and a great experience for students and educators. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including product, content, sales, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily office and operational tasks (scheduling, document management, material distribution).
Manage student admissions, onboarding, and course coordination.
Maintain accurate records across CRM and LMS platforms.
Generate and analyze operational reports and performance metrics.
Coordinate with sales, support, and product teams to streamline workflows.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation tools.
Assist in exam coordination and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Resolve operational issues and support customer experience initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of operations experience (preferably in EdTech or tech).
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets; CRM experience is a plus.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for education and technology is a bonus.
