Assist in daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency across departments.
Prepare, maintain, and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements.
Support procurement, inventory management, and office logistics.
Handle data entry, file management, and document tracking.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and assist HR/Accounts as needed.
Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
Provide administrative support for audits, compliance, and process improvement.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Support management with periodic reports and operational analysis.
