We are seeking an experienced
Operations and Talent Acquisition Manager / Head HR / Supervision Manager
to lead recruitment operations, manpower planning, team performance, and HR coordination across multiple locations. The role requires strong leadership, reporting discipline, KPI tracking, and recruitment execution. The candidate must ensure timely closures and maintain professional workplace standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Monitoring Team Leader Productivity and Efficiency
Continuously evaluate team leaders' performance to ensure the recruitment team meets project manpower targets within defined timelines and productivity standards.
2) Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
Drive sourcing through job portals, referrals, consultants, and local networks. Ensure a continuous candidate pipeline, shortlist profiles as per project needs, and coordinate timely interviews to meet hiring deadlines.
3) End-to-End Recruitment Management
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to joining confirmation. Ensure screening, interview coordination, documentation, offer rollout, and onboarding updates are completed accurately within defined turnaround time.
4) Implementing Employee Development Plans
Design and implement growth-focused development plans that align individual career goals with business needs, improving team efficiency and retention.
5) Supporting HR in Employee Evaluation and Feedback
Collaborate with HR to analyze performance metrics and deliver structured, actionable feedback to improve employee contribution and alignment with objectives.
6) Recruitment Team Supervision & Training
Supervise recruiters and team leaders to maintain quality calling, follow-ups, and closures. Conduct daily reviews, skill training, and corrective guidance to ensure performance improvements and disciplined reporting culture.
7) Sourcing Strategy Development
Develop sourcing strategies based on manpower demand, location challenges, and skill availability. Create structured plans for institutes, consultants, and referral drives to strengthen hiring speed and quality.
8) Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monitor, review, and report KPIs at individual and team levels to drive accountability, operational improvements, and goal alignment.
9) Supporting HR in Disciplinary Actions and Counseling
Assist HR in managing behavioral issues through fair disciplinary procedures and employee counseling sessions, maintaining harmony and compliance.
10) Providing Training Feedback and Improvement Plans
Evaluate training program outcomes, recommend enhancements, and ensure training investments translate into measurable performance improvements.
