Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operation and Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in solar MW scale power plant and switchyard operations and maintenance, including preventive and breakdown maintenance, project site coordination, and monitoring of solar power plant generation.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance : Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities at project sites, including solar MW scale power plants and switchyards

2.Project Site Coordination : Coordinate with maintenance technicians at project sites to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out as per the project maintenance schedule.

3.Monitoring of Solar Power Plant Generation : Monitor the generation of solar power plants across India, including performance analysis and reporting.

4.Troubleshooting and Fault Analysis : Troubleshoot and analyze faults in solar power plants and switchyards, including identification of root causes and implementation of corrective actions.

5.Maintenance Scheduling : Prepare and implement maintenance schedules for project sites, including planning and coordination of maintenance activities.

6.Spares and Inventory Management : Manage spares and inventory for project sites, including procurement and storage of spare parts.

7.Compliance and Regulatory Affairs : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering .

2.2-4 years of experience in solar MW scale power plant and switchyard operations and maintenance .

3.Strong understanding of solar MW scale power plant and switchyard operations , including electrical and mechanical systems.

4.Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills , with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

5.Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentand meet deadlines.
